The early release day on Friday, December 20 will mark the beginning of our Winter break. Students will return to school on January 2.

This week 5th grade participated in “Fairy Tale Court Rooms” where they had two different perspectives of a fairy tale and had to be the lawyer of their character. They were instructed to defend their character using facts and their ability to compare and contrast setting, events and characters within the story that affected the plot of the overall story.











Our whole school practiced for the musical tonight! The building opens at 5:15! We can't wait to see you!

The next Fresh Mobile Market at Archdale Friends is on Friday, December 6, at 2:00 pm. At the Fresh Mobile Market, they distribute free fresh produce and non-perishable items to members of the community. These drive-thru style food distribution services are intended for all families with school-age children in need of food. ALL families who meet this criterion are welcomed regardless of immigration status.

The Out of the Garden Project will host a Turkey Give-Away at the Out of the Garden Project Warehouse (Address: 300 NC Hwy 68 South, Greensboro, NC 27409) on Monday November 25 from 4:00 - 6:00.
