
Students had their own "Balloons Over Broadway" parade in media leading up to Thanksgiving. Students created the floats and had a parade using Indi cars.











Congratulations to Slaytor Holt for winning the spelling bee, he will represent Grays Chapel at the county spelling bee in February. Also congratulations to Kaedyn Brown Ritter who was runner-up. Everyone did an awesome job in the spelling bee!

4th Grade Takes on the Challenge of iReady


Mrs. Odom’s third grade reading group read about the history of Punkin Chunkin, as well as the structures of slingshots, catapults, and trebuchets. Students were then challenged to create one of the structures with stem related materials to see how far they could launch a candy pumpkin.










In media, students visited Café Read A Latte to do a book tasting with all the new books!

November 2024 Important Dates


Our Kindergarten field trip to Quaker Lake was so much fun!!! We rode on a hayride, made pumpkin bracelets, went to the pumpkin patch and read a pumpkin book.
