Every year there is a statewide art contest jointly sponsored by NC Farms and school cafeterias. The NC Farm to School Calendar contest highlights student artwork in grades Kindergarten through 5th with the theme of NC agriculture. There are thousands of entries each year. We are so excited at Hopewell to announce that we have one winner, Andrew in 2nd grade! Andrew's artwork will be featured as one of the months in the calendar. We also have two Honorable Mentions who will have their artwork featured on the NC Farm to School website. Our two Honorable Mentions are Olivia in kindergarten and Jaxon in 2nd grade. Please join me in celebrating these very talented Honeybees!
